Children under the age of 3 do not require an admission ticket.

You can have your tickets printed at any Ticket Services Window, located to the left of the Front Gate. You will need to present your order confirmation number and a photo ID.
If you forget to bring your season pass, please proceed to any Ticket Services Window located at the Front Gate. With proper identification, a temporary pass will be issued. The temporary pass is only valid for that day. A nominal processing fee will be assessed to replace a lost or stolen season pass.
Some attractions may close in inclement weather until conditions permit safe operation. Please enjoy a meal or shopping until such weather passes. Kings Island does not issue rain checks or refunds for inclement weather.
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Kings Island or Soak City Water Park. Exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food and formula. Guests with special dietary needs should stop at Guest Services located at the Front Gate when they arrive at the Park.
If you wish to leave the park and return on the same day, please request a re-entry ticket at the Front Gate or Soak City exit. If you wish to leave the parking lot and re-enter, present your parking receipt to the attendant when you return. Passholders can re-enter by using their season pass card. Please be advised there is no re-entry after 6:00 PM during Halloween Haunt nights for both ticket holders and Passholders.

We are pleased to offer discounted tickets to active and retired members of the military and veterans on all public operating days. The discount offer is available online and is valid for up to six (6) family members. The discount may vary throughout the season.
A limited number of wheelchairs and electronic convenience vehicles (ECV) are available for rental at the Rental Center on the left just inside the Front Gate. However, since wheelchairs and ECVs are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, we urge guests to bring their own wheelchair. Please be advised that Kings Island's strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs are not allowed to leave the park.
Only service animals are permitted in the park. Kings Island does not have pet care facilities on site.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages at Kings Island. Valid State issued identification or valid driver's license is required upon each person purchasing, possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into Kings Island from any outside source or in any type of container.
Kings Island is now cashless. All of our in-park locations only accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The park reserves the right to deny admission to, or remove, any person wearing attire that is inappropriate or that could detract from the experience of other guests.
All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Kings Island, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Kings Island will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Unauthorized flight may result in revoked visitation privileges.
Rider Swap allows riders to enjoy the rides and supervise their children. After one rider has gone through the regular line and ridden the attraction, the supervising rider waiting with the children is then given immediate boarding upon providing their pass. Kings Island offers a service to quickly reunite separated children and parents with cell phones. Please sign up for this service at Guest Services located at the front gate, the Information Center next to the Fast Lane booth, the Family Care Center near Planet Snoopy Ice Cream, or Soak City Water park Guest Services.
The safety of our guests and associates is our number one priority, and we have implemented several enhanced security procedures at all entrance gates. As part of the process:
- Guests arriving at the park will go through metal detection.
- All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. are subject to search prior to entering.

Kings Island does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property. People who engage in this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the park, and may be subject to arrest by local police.
Due to the dynamic ride movement of many of Kings Island’s rides, your digital watch or mobile phone may activate its emergency call function. To prevent your device from making unintended 911 calls, please turn off your phone before riding, switch it to airplane mode or temporarily store it in a locker. For safety reasons, on-ride photography of any kind is prohibited on all rides except the Eiffel Tower and the Kings Island and Miami Valley Railroad. Due to the potential for water damage, White Water Canyon, Congo Falls and Charlie Brown's Rushing River Log Ride riders should leave their cameras and other valuable items with a non-rider or in a locker. Use of camera phones or any type of photography or video recording devices is prohibited in any rest room or Soak City changing area.
Guests taking pictures or video while riding will be asked to leave the park with no refund given and may be cited with a misdemeanor under ORC 993.08.
We are strict and thorough in the steps we take and the processes we use to keep our properties safe and promote a healthy environment. To protect our guests and associates and prevent the spread of illness, we employ rigorous sanitation standards and robust cleaning procedures, including:
- Extensive training for associates on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our guests;
- Appropriate personal protective clothing and gear for associates who are assigned for cleaning duties;
- Specified intervals for frequent cleaning and disinfection of targeted areas throughout the day;
- Procedures for cleaning and disinfection of areas throughout the day and where illness has been suspected or reported;
- Quick response to spills, trash and other situations;
- Daily sanitation procedures, for everything from bathroom faucets and sinks to kitchen and dining surfaces, benches and trash cans;
- Daily cleaning and “wash down” of outdoors locations, including walkways and queue lines;
- Guest and associate first aid locations to assist with minor health issues.

Guests may redeem their Single Meal Deal voucher at any participating dining location to enjoy one entrée, one side item and one regular-sized Coca-Cola® fountain beverage. Single Meal Deal offering may vary if purchased as a part of an event, group package or admission bundle.
All Day Dining
Guests with All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any participating location allowing them to enjoy one meal every 90 minutes. Drinks are not included.
Premium All Day Dining
Guests with Premium All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any participating location allowing them to enjoy one meal, or a snack, every 90 minutes. Guests with Premium All Day Dining will also receive a Drink Wristband for unlimited Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills every 15 minutes.
All Season Dining
All Season Dining will automatically be added to the guest’s season pass after purchase. Guests may present their season pass at any participating dining location to enjoy lunch and dinner each visit in 2024. There is a four-hour interval time between meals, with a maximum of two meals per day. Drinks are not included.

You earn Pass Perks according to the number of park visits you have accumulated by the end of each month. You get one visit per day. To get to the fun faster, Pass Perks and Prestige Pass one-time Fast Lanes no longer require visiting another location to obtain the entitlement. Your Pass Perk or Prestige Pass one-time Fast Lane can be scanned directly from your Kings Island mobile app, e-ticket or Season Pass at the merge point of eligible attractions.
At times a limited number of Single Use Fast Lane vouchers may become available for an attraction. If available, they can be purchased through the new Kings Island mobile app. In the future, these Single Use Fast Lane vouchers will also be available for purchase at select kiosks located throughout the park.

Fast Lane is an all day product that allows you to utilize the Fast Lane on multiple attractions throughout the park. Single Use Fast Lane is specific to one particular attraction for one ride and is date-specific. Single Use Fast Lane is valid only for one admission to the Fast Lane on the specific attraction for which the product was purchased.
Select attractions with high thrill factors have Fast Lane kiosks located near the ride entrance. At these kiosks, guests can scan their Single Use Fast Lane from their phone and obtain a paper voucher. Now the phone can be left with a non-rider or in a locker.

When you scan your Season Pass at the locker kiosk, you will create a 4-digit PIN that will open your locker. Do not share your PIN with anyone outside your party. You will be asked to create a PIN each time you redeem your rental.
Due to limited capacity, discounts are not available on Large and Jumbo lockers.
Please empty your locker prior to leaving the park. All lockers reset overnight and will be issued to a different guest the following operating day. Items left in the locker overnight will be removed and taken to Lost and Found.
The Soak City rental area is only accessible during Soak City hours of operation.

Your Season Pass Locker Rental is only good once per day, so you will not be able to move your rental after you redeem for the day.
Season Pass Locker Rentals are valid only at the following all-day rental locations: Front Gate Locker Rentals and Soak City Locker Rentals.
- Capacity for all Cabanas includes seating for six (6) guests with access for a maximum of eight (8).
- Up to two (2) additional children 2 years old and under may also accompany the group.
- Groups exceeding these capacity limits will need to rent an additional Cabana.
- If you wish to cancel a Cabana reservation you must do so by 10 AM the morning of your reservation date.
- No refunds for cancellations after 10 AM including cancellations for inclement weather.

- Cabanas are only accessible during Soak City operating hours.
- Guests must present their rental voucher at a Cabana Host stand on the day of their visit to receive their Cabana rental.
- You must select a specific date at the time of reservation, this date cannot be changed once a reservation is made.
Chaperone Policy
The safe, family-friendly atmosphere of Kings Island is the type of experience our guests expect and deserve. In recent years, there have been increasing incidents of unruly and inappropriate behavior across our industry and at other major entertainment venues. This policy is being put in place to ensure that all guests have the best time every and leave happy and eager to visit again.
A chaperone policy still applies to prescheduled company events and school groups. If you purchased tickets through our Group Sales department and have questions, please contact your Group Sales representative.
Chaperones must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.
One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests ages 15 or younger per day.
They will not be permitted to enter or remain in the park after 2:00 PM local time through park close on Saturdays, and 4:00 PM local time on all other days through park close without a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID.
